"The World is Changing!" "Everything Will be Interactive!" A cybertopian is someone who gets terribly excited about everything new, and talks incessantly about how technology will transform our lives. When pressed, however, it is difficult for him to say anything concrete about what is happening. It is almost as if the cybertopian is so excited about change itself, that he doesn't really care what the effects of change will be. Cybertopians make easy targets for Cybercritics. |
