Learning fluent people have learned how to learn; they can enter into unfamiliar situations and, fairly quickly, figure out what they need. Learning fluent people are not born, they are made, or rather unmade. All babies start out learning fluent, it is only when they acquire the bad learning habits of their parents and schools that they begin to lose it. |
